a Medicare Certified home care agency in Sussex County, NJ
and Pike County, PA, has a position available for a
Full-Time Visiting Nurse in their Sparta, NJ
office and a Per Diem
Visiting Nurse for their Sparta, NJ office and
Milford, PA office. Responsibilities include the coordination and case
management of patient care, home visits for clinical
assessments, direct care and supervision of paraprofessional
staff. Opportunities for training in point of care/computer
documentation and TeleHealth technology. Must have
excellent communication, organizational and time management
skills. Current NJ and PA State RN licenses and minimum 1
year acute care experience required. Competitive salary and
