Philips Telemonitoring      With this program, your care team receives daily reports about your health.  Home-based monitoring  will enable a nurse to view a status report on your health on a more consistent schedule and more frequently than your regularly scheduled visits to the doctor's office. Daily information serves as   a useful supplement, not a replacement, to the care you get from your doctor.

Home care has advanced far beyond basic professional nursing and home care aide services. Homecare agencies are progressive in their delivery of care while offering a wide variety of services aimed at providing high quality care in the home. In Home Health’s professional nurses are skilled in hi-tech treatments such as wound vac therapy and infusion therapy. In Home Health offers a wealth of physical, occupational and speech therapies; nursing services; dietician consults and personal care assistance. The agency also provides Lifeline, an emergency response system, to residents of Northern NJ and Pike County PA.

In Home Health Services is pledged to serve the community with highly qualified, licensed, credentialed caregivers. All caregivers are fully insured. The agency is regularly surveyed by the State Department of Health and The Joint Commission to ensure the highest health care standards and regulatory compliance.

Caregivers demonstrate their competency annually, and are supervised regularly in the home by the Registered Nurse Case Manager. The agency provides ongoing education and training to continually enhance the skills of our clinical staff. Patient Safety Programs, such as Falls Prevention and Infection Control, consistently manage and improve the quality of care provided.

At In Home Health Services, we believe homecare offers so much more than the choice of remaining home or not; homecare empowers patients to be active participants in their care.
